Onsite Information & Facilities

Site Layout and Ground Conditions

The festival is spread over a 2,000 acre green field site and dairy farm. There are some stone paths and metal trackway is used but the site can be very difficult to traverse. The weather can have a massive impact on how easy it is for people to move around the site, please take this into consideration when deciding on what equipment to bring with you.

The Disabled Campsite

The disabled campsite is located in Spring Ground. It is run by an experienced team who will be on hand to assist you throughout your stay with us. There are wheelchair accessible toilets and showers plus a flushing sterile toilet unit. Charging for wheelchairs and medical equipment is also available as is a secure fridge for the storage of medicine. It is now too late to register to stay within this campsite.

Campervan Spaces in the Disabled Campsite

We do have some spaces in the campsite for campervans or caravans. These are for those people that are unable to camp due to their disability. It is now too late to register for one of these spaces.

Toilets

There are adapted toilets at locations throughout the Festival site. To use these you will require a code and map of their locations. Please contact us for more information on this.

Viewing Platforms

There are viewing platforms at the Pyramid, Other, Acoustic, West Holts, John Peel, The Park main stage and Dance East & West Tents. These platforms are solely for the use of disabled festival goers plus one PA/friend. Every platform has a team of stewards ready to assist people where needed. The access ramps will be in accordance with disability regulations. It is now too late to register for access to these.

Wheelchair Hire

Event Mobility will be providing electric and manual wheelchair hire. They are now fully booked so are unable to take any more bookings.
